Demand Profiling

Our research delivers a deeper understanding of occupiers, their businesses, and the associated risks from an investor's perspective. 

Demand profiling will answer questions such as:

1. Where is the SME occupier in terms of their own development path (see chart above)?

2. What is the relative riskiness of 50 start-up companies in an incubator versus 10 scale-up companies in an accelerator?

3. Should landlords try to diversify their occupier base across different types of life science (medtech, biopharma, CGT etc)?

4. What percentage of the tenant base will be around and in situ in five years?
