Let's all speak the same language

There is no agreement yet on how exactly to define LSRE. For example, is a multi-let office with one big medtech tenant a life sciences asset?

In addition, there are certain "vocabulary gaps" that can hinder clear communication between life scientists and real estate professionals. The term CDMO is common in life sciences, but less well understood in the real estate world; the real estate abbreviation WAULT is not intuitive to those from outside real estate.

Our new platform aims to close these gaps through cross-sector collaboration and consultation (facilitated by our quarterly magazine and otherwise).
