Life Sciences Real Estate (LSRE) is a new platform dedicated to the built environment of the life sciences sector.

Our goal is to increase market transparency for everyone who provides or occupies buildings in this sector: developers, investors, universities, operators, and every type of occupier.

We work with and support entities of all sizes, from start-ups through scale-ups to more established firms including multi-national companies. We also work with and support industry bodies representing life sciences or real estate. 

We believe that greater transparency is a win-win for everyone because access to data on supply and demand will encourage additional investors and developers, leading to more choices and better space options for occupiers.
