Lack of data is a key weakness in European life sciences real estate, according to research carried out in 2021 for the Urban Land Institute*

Our new platform aims to tackle this challenge through widespread collaboration (facilitated by our quarterly newsletter and otherwise) and AI-enabled aggregation techniques. 

We collect the required data according to pre-agreed, common definitions and we will publish aggregated and anonymised data when critical mass is reached.

We aim to cover the full spectrum of life sciences buildings including labs, incubators, accelerators, distribution facilities, offices, and (to some extent) manufacturing premises. 

Having this data would give investors confidence and attract capital by removing many of the assumptions as to risk and return.
