About Us
Our Background and Goal
We are real estate researchers and practitioners who have come together with life sciences experts to tackle the most pressing challenges facing life sciences real estate. Many of us were involved in the Urban Land Institute's flagship report on life sciences real estate in Europe*, published in 2021.

That report described the market as immature and pointed out that the opportunity exists NOW to create the transparency a maturing market requires by:
- Building up information on demand, supply, costs, rents, ownership, and lease terms
- Agreeing on common definitions
- Engaging with the life sciences innovation ecosystem
Our new platform, Life Sciences Real Estate (LSRE) was launched in 2022 to address this opportunity and to take Europe's life sciences real estate sector to the next level.
